However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

John 16:13 NKJV

From now on, worshiping the Father will not be a matter of the right place but with a right heart. For God is a Spirit, and He longs to have sincere worshipers who adore Him in the realm of the Spirit and in Truth.

Listening to this song gets my blood boiling and body moving. I close my eyes, wave my hands and visualize the thought; “Oh what a celebration it will be”…. that celebration starts with me, here and now! 🙌🏾

Brian Simmons -May 15 Facebook post:

Even the church that left its “first love” was precious and cherished by Jesus. It was the church of Ephesus (Revelation 2:1-7). The word Ephesus means: desirable or “darling.” This is the word a Greek bridegroom would use for the girl he desired to marry.

He loves those who have grown lukewarm. Yet they must remember and return to that fiery passion of “first love” or they will miss out completely on God’s plan of the ages. He does not extinguish the “smoldering wick,” but fans it back into a flame. The “bruised reed” He does not break off, but raises it up again.

Keep those truths combined. He cherishes even those growing cold in their love AND he calls them to come back to Him.

The great promise given to those who return to first love passion: “I will give access to feast on the fruit of the tree of life that is found in the paradise of God.”

Through this animation and beautiful song, I am reminded that in spite of my shortcomings, God so loved me that He sent His only Son to the cross to die for my sins, so that I may come home! Praise God, Hallelujah ❤️

Hello Family,
Greetings from the Lone Star State!
I can appreciate today’s scripture. With sincere gratitude it reminds me of Romans 5:8; in that I was lost in sin and now I’m cleansed, washed by the blood of the Lamb… Thank You Jesus and thanks be to God for the Westbrook Sheep Shed Platform, a place and community where all of God’s children are free to express His goodness. Many blessings be upon westbrooksheepshed as we all learn, grow and share bible verses/lessons, prayers, life experiences and beautiful loving thoughts of this temporal dwelling called earth.

Proverbs 20:6 NKJV

Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, But who can find a faithful man?
